Camu Camu  


Camu Camu is a small red colored fruit from strong and acid flavor that is known and consumed since always by the indigenous towns of the Amazonian river basin and that grows at the borders of the rivers located between Pucallpa and Iquitos (Peru). Camu Camu is one of the most novel discoveries of the Peruvian Amazon and is nowadays the higher registered source for natural Vit C on the planet: 60 times higher than orange, 30 times higher than lemon and approximately 1.5 times higher than Acerola. Camu Camu is one of the most important discoveries of the last years.
